Fees

Participants wishing to book a course should apply directly through our website using a debit/credit card. Your place is confirmed once payment has been accepted.

Clothing

Students should wear flexible clothing which makes them feel comfortable and in which they can move easily. Soft shoes are required. We recommend that adults on a Musical Theatre or Dance related course should bring appropriate dancewear for the classes. Jazz shoes/trainers are preferable. If you don’t already own such items, please bring a good pair of trainers, and wear flexible clothing.

Photographs/Images

From time to time we produce digital/printed materials to promote our courses. This can feature photographs/images of an individual/group taking part in classes. The names of our students are not credited to this material. If parents/carers do not want the student to appear in any such promotional material they must advise the student and let us know in writing, requesting a written acknowledgment of their letter. We will of course comply with their request.

Cancellations and Transfers

You will receive a full refund of the course fee if you notify the accounts team more than 2 weeks prior to the start of the course.

If you notify us less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the course, you will be offered either a 50% refund of the course fee or a full transfer of the amount to another course.

If you are unable to attend the course and you inform us under 48 hours' prior to the start of the course you will not be entitled to a transfer or a refund.

All cancellations/transfers must be confirmed in written form to Mayhem.

If Mayhem has to cancel a course, we will aim to give as much notice as possible and a refund will be back to the original payment method within a month.

All refunds will be minus a £2 admin fee to refund.

Personal belongings

Mayhem will not be liable for any personal belongings that go missing on site.
